General conditions

TRAVEL CONTRACT AND RESPONSABILITY
The contracts that the current programme adheres by is in accordance with the legislative decree n. 206 del 6.9.2005 and law 27.12.1977 n°1084 of ratification and execution of the International Convention concerning the travel contract (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23.4.1970. The organiser's responsibility for the stay can under no circumstances exceed the limits foreseen by this law.

REGISTRATION
The acceptance of bookings depends on the service's availability. Every participant should abide the conditions mentioned in the travel contract.

PAYMENT
On booking a deposit of 25% of the overall price should be paid. The remaining payment should be made at least 30 days before departure.

CANCELLATION
If a participant should wish to cancel the trip 30 days before departure, he will be allowed a net refund of any sum already paid in accordance with these penalties:
- 25% from the moment of booking until 20 working days before departure;
- 50% after 20 days before departure;
- 75% between 11 and 0 working days before departure.
No refund after such terms or to those, who do not turn up at the hotel or decide to leave during the holiday.

VARIATIONS
In case of special circumstances, the travel agency could decide to cancel or to change the tours. In such cases, the amount will not be reimbursed.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ONE'S CONTROL
Strikes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, civil and military disorder: these and other similar events constitute circumstances beyond one's control and are not attributable to the organisation and transport operators. Possible expenditures will not be reimbursed.

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
Flight or ship companies are not responsible for any damage while passangers are not on board.

BAGGAGE
The travel agency may under no circumstances be declared responsible for any damage or loss.

PRICES
Prices and supplements have been established on the basis of costs and prices of the exchange rate. Prices can be changed only if there is a large variation in the exchange rates.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The Rovereto Jurisdiction will deal with any possible controversies. Insurance policy n° 2935, Società Reale Mutua Assicurazioni RCG.

BOOKING
Bookings can be made only with authorised travel agencies. Before departure, the entire amount must be paid.

DEPARTURES FROM ALL CITIES
Every programm will indicate the departure city. For departures from Northern Italy there will be just one meeting point for all the participants; a shuttle will pick the participants from the near villages.

ATTENTION
Departure times can be changed any time.

REGISTRATION PRICE
Sea trip: € 25.00. Children between 02 and 12 years: €15.00; children between 00 and 02 years: for free.

HOTELS
Accomodation in a double room with private bathroom and shower. Single rooms or three bed rooms only on request.

TRANSPORT
All tours are made with Gran Turismo busses with reclining seats. Every seat is assigned.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
For abroad travels, all participants should have a valid identity card or a valid passport; some countries ask for a visa card. No refund will be given to those, who don't have the required documents.

TOUR OPERATOR
During the bus tours, a tour operator will assist all participants. Included in the price: tour guides for monuments.
